Shipping & Policies

Shipping will begin mid-April, after a significant restock. I am still dividing tubers and have 8 totes left to divide. As soon as those are divided, I will list them on the website, and go back through the tubers that haven't eyed up yet. My goal is to get those listed and announce a restock no later than mid April, then start shipping immediately. If you live in a cold zone and would like me to hold your order until May, please send me a message to let me know. I hope to have everything shipped by the end of April. I will combine multiple orders from both sales for a minimal fee of $1 per additional order. You will be refunded the additional shipping costs. Due to my style of growing as a collector and not a farmer, there are quite a few varieties that have only 1 or 2 tubers. My advice is to pick your top one, add to cart, and check out immediately, then make additional orders. I do not have the ability to hold the items in your cart. They are not yours until you've completed checkout. 

If you want fancy packaging, you've come to the wrong grower. I recycle boxes and packaging from my day job. They aren't pretty, but they do their job well. Please open all packages upon arrival and let me know of any issues within 7 days. Lost and damaged package claims will need to be filed by the buyer with the shipping carrier.
